“what a ship...”

Went to the Caribbean on the Freedom of the Seas, and what a ship - huge !
Amazing array of facilities with the ice skating rink, climbing wall, flow rider, golf, etc on top of everything else ! You will never be bored.
We were a bit unlucky with the weather but, ports of call were brilliant with Grand Cayman, Labadee, Ocho Rios.
Didn't know what to expect of Labadee, but basically it is a Royal Caribbean play island - bit surreal !
Staff were amazing, they were friendly, fun, really made the holiday.
Although it is a big ship there is loads of space on board, and lots of different areas to spend time in.
Really enjoyed this ship and loved the Caribbean.
“Great Ship!”

This was the first Freedom Class ship I had been on and was very impressed with all the facilities onboard. The main buffet restaurant is huge and has every type of food you could think of and the quality of it all was excellent. In the main restaurant for the evening meal the standard was excellent and again plenty of choice, even the fussiest of eaters would be able to find something they like. All the staff onboard were very accommodating and friendly throughout all areas of the ship. Freedom has a lot of public areas and space to explore, all the lounges and bars offered something different so plenty of choice for evening entertainment and there was also the main theatre show and the Ice show, which was fantastic! There are plenty of things to keep children occupied, from the great kids clubs and their activities to mini golf and the rock climbing wall.
I think the Freedom has plenty to offer everyone from couples, of all ages, to families and would be a great choice for a first cruise or for a seasoned cruiser.
