The ship was brilliant and the crew excellent. The dining facilities could not be faulted. However, on arrival at Rome (FCO), the transport arrangements were a complete and utter shambles. All of those of us that booked the cruise through yourselves had to walk a very long way behind a Rep!! that had no idea of where the transport was or the destination we were supposed to go.
