Everything went brilliantly well with the transfers to and from a wonderfull hotel (Fairmont the Palm )and then it all started to go downhill when we arrived at the cruise terminal.We were picked up from the hotel at 12.00 and arrived at the terminal at 12.30 only to be told that check-in would not open until 15.00,only to be told that we could not have access to the cabin until 20.00 - what a was...
