After having sailed with Cunard previously on the QM2 back in 2006 for our honeymoon,we decided to celebrate or 5th wedding anniversary with them on the new QE!What a HUGE LET DOWN!E.G Dusty stateroom.Poor unexperienced UN SOCIABLE service in the Britannia.Most cant understand english!The food there was A HUGE LET DOWN,tasteless and tepid and boring ingredients,not as luxurious as it was on QM2 5 years ago?!Freezing cold changing rooms,that are used both for the Royal Spa and the ships Gym! That have NO HAIRDRYERS!?.Rude spa receptionist.
Spa has NO JAQUZZIS?Just a COLD HYDRO POOL.The ships services are just as good,so dont bother with the Spa if you dont want to feel"ripped off"!In the changing room theres a FREE SAUNA and the ships Hot tubs on Deck and the Pool are lovely and warm.Our Anniversary gift package turned up 2 days late,and nobody knew why!?No canapies on Gala Night.Badly organised teas in the Queens room.BORING THEATRE SHOWS.Wont go on a cunard cruise again!
